It looks like we're down to the two Soo Line cabooses at $3500 each and possibly the ex-Soo Line #371 piece (either just the upper body or the body and caboose frame)price negotiable. The caboose frame and trucks is also available.

The two steam engines are spoken for, along with the parts cars, the baggage cars, the reefer and the wooden boxcar. After a long hunt through the snow, we did find most of the boiler front for #5. It had fallen and shattered into a half dozen pieces. Still enough left, with the drawing set we found, to recast a replacement. Funds from the sale of the cabooses will help defray the casting cost.

Herb -

Thanks for keeping us abreast on what is happening with this M&W equipment. Can we assume that the second caboose for sale is the one in the background of the bottom photo (the one with the large SOO painted on the side)? I believe that that caboose is the ex-DSS&A, originally Delaware, Lackawanna & Western, caboose.

Also, great to hear of your finding the parts for the front of the smokebox for number 5. Have you moved her yet to Colfax?

No, that's the one that is tentatively sold, to the same buyer as the M&StL loco.

Lengths are about 35'. Depends where you're measuring from, wheelbase or body length or coupler faces.
