GE 44 Ton Locomotive available in the Denver, CO area. Unit is in somewhat rough condition. It is missing one of the engines and shroud. Build date - 1945. Would make a good static display, or for parts. Believe this was at one time used at a military base. If interested, please act fast, since the party that owns this engine is looking to have it scrapped.

Is it otherwise complete? Does the remaining engine run? Is that the missing hood to the left of it or is that a truck body? What's the asking price?

I'd also be interested in the status of the remaining prime mover. Also, what is the condition of the wheels? (flange/tread as well as remaining "meat".)
