| Post subject: | Looking for a pair of 6-wheel trucks |
The Mid-Continent Railway Museum is looking to acquire a pair of 6-wheel passenger trucks for a restoration project. The trucks need to be composite construction (wood frames with steel reinforcement) with 33” or 36” dia. Wheels, 4 ¼”X 8” or 5”X 9” journals, cast pedestals and a 10’-10” (+ or -) overall wheelbase.
