Post subject:  RARE 1870 STEAM TRAIN ENGINE HEADLIGHT UTICA HEADLIGHT WORKS

From life long serious train collector: Massive very rare original 1870 circa Steam Engine train head light for sale. Kerosene headlamp, circa 1870, thought to be manufactured by Utica Headlight Works or Irwin Williams, Utica, NY. Complete except chimney. Reflector is silver plated copper. Pictured is mid 1800's headlight on Steam Engine. 21 inch diameter, 27” w.x 46” h. x 26”d. Hairline on one corner of glass. Buyer to arrange shipping or pick up from 18702 NE PA. Best serious offer.
