as I said you get the most interesting studies of safety in other areas including aviation. Here's one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yrYGoJTj ... =fvwp&NR=1 Now what went wrong there? They can finger point, but at the end of the day, the ATC made a simple booboo but the pilot made a more serious mistake by not sanity checking it "are you sure?" |
