Hi, I recall when Six Flags Over Georgia ran steam. I later learned that the steam maintenence cost caused them to shut down both steamers. The issue was alledgedly the head mechanic taking care of the two steamers would do a complete rebuild (1472 is what we might call it today) of one or the other each year weather or not they needed it so he could justify his salary.
