The driver of this Jeep was not content with the 8 MPH pace of this leased CSX Geep on NYS&W's Utica, NY branch so he decided to pass it. Photo taken April 14th, 8 am, Schuyler St, Utica.

Which Jeep? Perhaps the first Jeep is being driven by a good Samaritan and is trying to pull start the second Geep after it stalled. |
