According to Wikipedia, the Timken 1111 ran on a total of 13 different railroads before the Northern Pacific bought it. Including the New York Central, Chesapeake and Ohio , New Haven and Pennsylvania.

Does anyone know what the other five railroads it was tested on were?

The Erie RR. was one. In 1933, it was sold to the Northern Pacific.

I think an issue of Trains Magazine (November 1958?) covered the history of the Four Aces locomotive, and might contain a map or routing list.

Apparently NP offered the locomotive to Timken at the time they retired it, for display outside Timken's headquarters. I remember how the story raised my blood pressure dangerously (like the fate of Jersey Central 774) so I'm not going to go out and find the miserable details again.

The way I heard it told was that Timken contacted NP about getting it for display at their headquarters, NP agreed to either sell or donate it, and then went searching for it in the dead lines and found it had already been cut up
