I am in the market for some passenger cars for use as dorm housing. 10/6 sleepers are ok We will look at gutted cars. We like budd or all steel cars. Pullman fluted cars that are in good shape are ok as well. No HW cars please. 5-1/2 by 10's and up perfered. No power like HEP needed. As for brakes, D-22 and up but ABDW and up a plus. These cars will need to be useable in interchange service. Thanks.
