Have your track gang do this set up. It's prototypical. A friend snapped this UP consist along I84 in Oregon a couple of weeks ago. :-)

Probably the easiest way to put restrooms on your train.....a few of these. Of course, you will have to stop once in a while. I wish this had been mentioned in that recent thread.
