 Post subject: Name that tune (ID that horn)

I have zero knowledge of diesel horns, but this one strikes me as kind of unusual. It's on a WM RS3. Can a horn expert here ID the horn based on what you hear in this vid?

Thanks guys. Here's a pic of #199 from around the same time as that vid above. It shows the horn a bit better.
