I'd suggest rephrasing the question limiting the responses to those with the ability to actually do anything.......anybody can make plans and lack the ability to carry them out. I don't care what plans are being made that won't result in meaningful action.

I assumed that the UP would be looking into running 4014 for the commemoration in some regard...
