A railway crossing a runway is unusual enough. But judging from these photos, use of the runway is restricted to vehicles made before 1950.

"We will be clear for takeoff as soon as the train finishes using the runway."

Bacha Kahn Airport in Peshawar (PEW) used to be crossed by the Khyber Pass Railway until the line was closed in 2006. Not sure if the rails are still there or not.

Until fairly recent times Tomahawk, WI had a runway/railroad crossing at grade. I watched a Diesel switcher pulling a cut across the runway. The appropriate crossing signal seemed to be "blow the horn a lot". The runway actually had painted RR Xing
signs painted on the runway surface, certainly the largest I've ever seen. There were regulation crossbucks but no flashing lights.
