Northwest Railway Museum is looking for a drop table for installation in our shop facility. Any style and condition would be considered although preference is for the whiting style. Send your correspondence to the curator at stathi@trainmuseum.org.

Thanks!

There is one in Alamosa that I doubt will ever be used.

Everyone interested in acquiring any tools or fixtures might want to take a look at the UP Burnham Shop liquidation auction catalog:

Posting this on 3/14/16, at this time the auction is next week.

There was a recent post, on here I think, that showed one that Strasburg(?) had built from a scissors jack. But I can't seem to find it. Anyone recall that?

Thought it was in one of those "Latest from the Strasburg RR Shops" threads, but can't seem to locate it.

Here's the photos I was thinking of, http://rypn.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=38791

He called it a pit jack, so my search didn't have any hits when I tried "drop" and "table".

Item 662 at today's Burnham shop auction in Denver has one for sale, in situ.
