Mr. Kloke has decided to scale back his operations and also wanted to relocate out of Cook County, IL. He has a new smaller facility located about 30 miles SW of his old shop. While he still does some locomotive work, he does not anticipate building any new engines from scratch. Of course, if you have a sufficient $$$$, you could probably talk him into it.
