Good morning, fine railroad people!

As I'm digging though my materials from Western Star regarding our 80-ton locomotive, I was wondering if anyone had handy a part number and/or source for brake shoes for said GE 80-ton locomotive?

Thanks in advance-

I'd give the gents at Seaview Transportation a call... I would imagine that either Eric Moffet or his mechanic would know, considering they keep a serviceable 80-tonner on the roster.

We still have two 1952 80 tonners in service here at Shaw AFB. Are your shoes the type with the flanges as well? If so they are part number A29 in the book. We buy ours from Birmingham Rail & Locomotive, their part number is G672 or A12 and they are $108.60 each.
