I recall a Mack railbus stored in Ed Blossom's yard at Topton in the 1990s when he was working on Capital Traction 27 from National Capital Trolley Museum. I believe the Mack was owned by a local NRHS chapter?

Where is the Mack now, and what is its history?

Thanks!

That Mack Railbus is at Phillipsburg, NJ at the site of the Centerville and Southwestern
miniature railroad of the Phillipsburg Railroad Historians.
It was formerly owned by the Chestnut Ridge Railroad at Palmerton, PA.

Thanks for the updates and link to the earlier topic!

I found a link with photos on the Phillipsburg Railroad Historians website.

And some history at the LVNRHS webpage.

As a side note, the LV-NRHS published, among some other similar tomes, a spiral-bound 68-page booklet, History of Mack Rail Motor Cars and Locomotives, all the way back in 1959. Hard to find, and in need of updating obviously, but it turns up now and then........

That particular Mack Railbus was on the Youngstown & Southern/Pittburgh Lisbon & Western for a while, running between New Galilee, PA and Lisbon, OH.
