That's what it looks like, but Cody died in 1917 (and is buried atop Lookout Mountain outside Denver) and No. 35 wasn't refurbished for exhibit until 1932. The clothing of spectators looks like 1920s-30s. Perhaps a lookalike person or actually an older photo?
