0-4-0 question

This photo is labeled Frisco, but I wonder if it is really the onetime Indiana Northern engine that later worked at the gravel pit at Pacific, Missouri? That engine ended up dismantled at Donnellson, Iowa for an overhaul that was never completed to my knowledge.

I am almost 100% certain that this is the former Indiana Northern Railway #4. Sure would like to see her come home to Indiana if the folks in Donnellson don't intend to restore her.

Sweet little loco, with that slope back tender! She might be a wonderful and economical locomotive to get a group up and on their feet.
