Got a look at the last couple of Gazettes over the weekend. Seemms the museum has been successful in purchasing 12 acres of ajoining property.They raised over $100,000. since December. I should think that the museum has something to crow about! Perhaps some of you with closer connections could comment or send in a Brief. GOOD WORK!!

Thanks Ted! There were two separate purchases of 5.33 acres ($100,000.00 cash)and 13.6 acres ($325,000.00 financed through private party)Both parcels share frontage with existing museum property and thus extend our borders directly. fence lines are being moved shortly, land is being cleared and easements will be established for ingress/egress and water runoff.
The long term outlook for the land is as non-public storage and shop areas.

We have raised an additional $5000.00 since December which will pay down the principle on the second property.

We are grateful for the generosity of our donors and lender, since the last time we checked, they are making much land anymore.
