Soo 2-8-2 to power photo special in September

The Chicago Chapter, National Railway Historical Society and Soo Line 2-8-2 No. 1003 will operate a fall photographersÂ’ excursion on September 7.

The trip will run over the Wisconsin & Southern Railroad between Spring Grove, Ill., and Janesville, Wis.
