In the Navy we took care of this type of problem by "dungree" liberty. We would smear our faces with shoe polish and wait, about 10 to 1 odds, our favor, jump the scum and leave them laying on the ground. Then call a hospital for them. Dirt is to be treated like dirt.

Oh if they could only be caught! As a reminder, the insurance coverage that I carry for tresspasser injury on my private property doubled this year. I figger about six weeks of community service with a needle scaler ought to help, after they repair the paint jobs!
