Handsome 15-inch gauge 4-6-2 of the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch line in the UK. An impressive and long-lived piece of machinery on this smallest of common carrier lines.

There is a nice write up on this line in Great Little Railroads of the World. The book is long out of print, but there seem to be lots of copies floating around.
