What Happened to Prodigy's Travel Bulletin Board?

What happened to this board? Before this month there was a number of news postings everyday regarding railroads (commuter, passenger, and freight) and transit lines all over the US and the world.

As of July 1 it became a ghost town. Quite literally. Someone took over as moderator on all the train forums and every now and again the guy posts a question, but nobody is answering him.

I know the news hasn't stopped. I really liked this board because it kept me very informed about developments across the US.

I know that on one of the email lists I belong to, someone from Prodigy sent a note threatening legal action because something was cross-posted to the list and Prodigy's Travel Bulletin Board. If they have been doing this to other sites then it would certainly have a chilling effect on posting.

Prodigy's Rail Travel board has been replaced by On Track On Line. The people from Prodigy's rail pages are now running this site.
