So what happened to the compressor that was on it? Or is it to far gone? Just curious, what a beauty of a locomotive to have. So many possibilities.

I emailed Ben Snider about the status of this a few months ago, but never got a reply. I last talked to him in 2023 and he was looking for somewhere to machine the drivers. I found a place for him in Sudbury, Ontario.
