I have just been involved in an interestering converstation about this building. It is indeed the freight building (not sure SP or other) but will find out more in a few weeks. According to the people I was talking with, it was orginally on the north end of the existing Depot. There are no real plans at the moment to do anything with it only discussions. Only time will tell what is going to happen.

Yes, and it's a much smaller one than the eight-axle monster that was formerly used to store fuel oil at Hagerstown. Once used on a Conrail wreck train (Elkhart, IIRC), it's a PRR 90F82 class tender, of the type that most I1s carried before the coming of larger tenders about 1940.

See the link below concerning the city council recently deciding to move the depot 400 feet away from its current location. Is this for real? The building is brick and it is huge.
