In Arizona, the Sahuaro Central Historical Society is building a 14" guage trolley line. We are looking for more rail 10 lb variety. Please contact me if you have any sources local to Arizona.

I don't know if this will help but Harmer Steel out of Portland, Oregon claims to carry light stuff like 10 or 12 lb. Or try Hornberger out of Modesto(?).
