With the recent discussion about French 40 and 8 cars, I wanted to share a good piece of preservations news. Kentucky's Merci Train car has returned from an extensive restoration. She was sitting on a lowboy in the parking lot of the Kentucky Railway Museum last weekend when I went to work in the shop. Hume, I will try to get some photos and submit a news brief.
