Interesting to see the differences in styles of transport from this trainset to that which was used with the Pioneer Zephyr. Shortly before it's eventual entombment at Chicago's Museum of Science & Industry, one of the primary sponsors, W.W.Grainger, had a two day showing in the nearby Chicago suburb of Skokie, Il., on their company grounds. The cars were displayed, on their trailers, to the general public.Again, similar, but somewhat different methods of transport. If anyone is of an interest, drop me a line, offline, and I'll dig out my photos of the Pioneer Zephyr event and will post them for anyone interested.
