looking for service drawings or maintenance manual for Johnson farebox circa 1914 or any information on how to disassemble and restore.

I am not 100% sure about the Johnson Fareboxes But I do know about disassembly of CLeveland Fareboxes. The Michigan Transit Museum has acquired quite a number of Cleveland Fareboxes and vaults but since we are without keys for most of them we have developed a nifty way to gain entry into them. If you wish I can forward the instructions to you.
