Central Sales and Service in Waverly, TN has the PPC catalogue and most of the dies. PPC 5674 is in the list I have, so should be available direct. I purchased a run of another Adlake gasket from them last fall (in 100' coils w/no minimum # of coils) for a very reasonable price and had it in hand within a month. They were very good to deal with.

We have also had a great experience with CSS. Enough gasket material was ordered to replace all of the body window material on our dome car. Great to deal with, and very thorough with making sure the material/shape was correct. This included detailed diagrams of each extrusion. Ask for Daniel Deaver.
