Mr. Wowak did an excellent job moderating that other board, and while the software did prevent his doing as good a job as he would have liked, the real problem appears to have been three or so individuals who exploited the software weakness to mount a harrassment campaign against one individual. This was compounded when what should have been a civilized argument about restoring a specific steam locomotive got taken too personally by one of the parties and the board degenerated into a pair of screaming matchs that had nothing to do railfaning and everything to do with small minds trying to protect non-existant turf. I was amazed that Brother Wowak lasted as long as he did. I am following up on the one issue and when I have some firm answers I will post them both here and at the other site in the appropriate theads.
