As I recall, the redoubtable Tom Lawson in his "STEAM LOCOMOTIVE ARCHIVES column in the Short Line had an entire column on this engine's being used not only on the industrial operation at Stone Mountain, but also on the old Carolina Southern between Ashokie and Windsor in eastern N.C. After that owner, it supposedly went to the Augusta R.R. I have to dig out my copy to confirm this.
Hope the old girl gets a second lease on life w/ a new owner - too much potential to let rust away
