The Milwaukee Road had at least two of these cars. They ran over the Rocky Mountain Division from Harlowton to Avery. They were named cars (I can look those up for those interested).

The Northern Pacific also had one open observation car run on the tail of the Yellowstone Comet train from Livingston to West Yellowstone only.

Cincinnati had two open air sightseeing cars rebuilt from old streetcars. One was the Hiawatha, and the other the Maketewah.
