Thanks for the info. Didn't see anything in their website that would indicate this would be a good home for an historical artifact. Must be missing something.

The Times Herald article is behind a paywall, and that is unfortunately the official statement. The locomotive is to be displayed indoors and will be publicly accessible.

The Wrigley Center development will be across the street from the Knowlton's Ice Museum. The name is a callback to the Wrigley supermarket formerly on the site.

I see. So, sounds like no additional restoration work, but will be available for viewing by visitors. That's at least something, I guess.

It was always going to be a cosmetic only restoration. They are still not done yet.
