Just one problem, insulation doesn't care what your amps are, it cares what your volts are. At 50kv, the phrase "corona discharge" enters your vocabulary, and you start getting into those crazy stacked insulators as long as your arm. Of course it'll serve as ample warning to copper thieves :)
