Stephen,

I don't think anyone has accused them of being magnanimous. As I understand it, Pan Am is selling to locomotive to the CSRR. I don't think the paint or repairs are freebies. There is the rumor that the F's are being traded as part of the deal, but I have yet to see anything that suggests this has a give away component to it.
