Colebrookdale actually has made some progress on the former W&LE wooden office car Huron, which was saved from ITM. The photo below from last year shows the roof completed, and the video shows photos of the siding replacement earlier this year: https://www.facebook.com/reel/842569245521396
The video caption says that the car "was saved and ultimately rescued by the Colebrookdale Railroad in 2021", but the late John Owen was the person who pulled it out of ITM and prevented its scrapping in the first place, along with an ex-PRR sleeper that ended up in Fort Wayne.

Is the PRR sleeper in question the Philadelphia County? By Fort Wayne, do you mean the FWRHS?

Yes and (I believe) yes, although I have never seen a confirmation that FWRHS has it or has a purpose for it. John Owen passed away from the serious heart problem shortly after.
