I know it's not steam, but in Australia the Commonwealth Railways had a class of 14 English- built single cab carbody diesels. Classed as "NSU", ALL 14 ARE PRESERVED!!

The Rio Grande K-36 has a 90% survival rate - 9 out of 10.
...and 8 out of 9 are operational !

I'd bet if 485 hadn't crashed into the Salida Turntable pit, that would be a 100% list.

One from outside the USA - all 10 of the Tasmanian Government Railways Class M light Pacifics have been preserved. Built in 1950, and one of only two Australian classes fully fitted with roller bearings including motion, one is preserved in the UK, one in Victoria, and the remainder in Tasmania.
Is this the largest class completely preserved?

I forgot about these pacifics. Does that mean we Aussies may hold the record for the largest 100% surviving class of steam and diesel locos in the preservation world? Big claim!
