There's also this, which I haven't visited but appears to be one man's attempt to build a c1930s/1940s historic village on his farm:

The website says that construction of a train station "will begin in 2013." They also have a Facebook page which seems to get updated more often than does the website.

I see you have already added the Birney dining car to your list of Roadside Diners. You say that it appears to have been Southwest Missouri #80. Where did that line run? And is it the only piece of equipment still in existence?

The Birney will be added to the online PNAERC roster as soon as the website rebuild currently in progress is done. In the meantime there are three other cars from the line listed: a body at Seashore, a body in McAlester OK (it recently collapsed and may have been put out of its misery within the last year or so, I'm not certain), and a car in Webb City MO that was restored to operation using a Corvair engine.

Orange Empire has several buildings relocated from downtown Perris and adapted to Museum functions. The barn lead for the narrow-gauge streetcars runs on Broadway, which has an old false-front building that houses an adminstrative office, and a meeting hall that was once used by a fraternal order. Here are some photos of Broadway, taken during an Antique Truck meet.
