The real problem sometimes is not following a particular law or regulation but figuring out which one to follow.

True. Or alternately, determining if there are any laws or regulations to follow. The big difference between OPT and other streetcar operators such as Seashore or Branford is that we have traditionally operated exclusively in the public right of way. Our only non street tracks are the three car barn tracks. In our agreement with the City of Tucson, it is stipulated that our right to lay track and operate streetcars in the public right of way is non exclusive. Everything is based upon agreement with the city's transportation department as all of the streets that we operate on are city administered and there are no applicable state or federal statutes.
