Just another comment about the "PASS Box (Portable Aggregate Supply System)": The November 18, 2013 Press Release includes this line:

SNR first developed the PASS Box device and initiated their patent protection in 2012 after finding no pre-existing technology that would compete with their uniquely integrated design.

and the Synergy Natural Resources LLC website contains this claim:

Quote:

"The PASS Box (Portable Aggregate Supply System) This patent pending technology (US Patent Serial No. 61/804,502) is designed to increase..."

I checked multiple USPTO search engines but was unable to find any evidence that a patent application had been submitted. Here is a screenshot from one of my searches:
