Current practice at TVRM appears to be repainting equipment to proper historical operating liveries. The Southern passenger livery, while nice, does not fit that and also requires more labor to keep clean. The 21st Century Steam program is not a reincarnation of the Southern/first NS Steam Excursion Program-they're dead and gone.
