Positive Train Control?

FRA's letter responding to UP's request for a waiver. They denied the waiver as it was not necessary as a waiver wouldn't be needed before December 31, 2020.

I saw that this hasn't yet been posted to RYPN, but an update of sorts on PTC and steam from UP and the Fort Wayne folks...
