The Greenbrier Express project was stillborn because the billionaire behind it, Jim Justice ( now Governor of W. Va.), ran out of cash flow when the bottom fell out of the soft coal market in 2012-2014. No fault of his nor anyone else.

Gratefully we who were hired to execute the project came out whole and were well paid for our efforts.

Maybe someday he'll try again??? Hope springs eternal.
