Orange Empire Railway Museum uses the GCOR and issues a timetable. We use the GCOR version issued by the BNSF as it is our connecting railroad, etc. The Timetable includes "General Special Instructions" and the same for each district ( i.e. "main line", the "streetcar loop" etc.). The Timetable also includes the published rule admendments, additions and revisions; Chapter 10 through 17 of the GCOR do not apply.

In addition we have the usual notice and bulletin postings that must be check before going on duty.

The SC RR Museum has both. I'm the guy who updates the timetable, in fact. As soon as the grant work on the track to Rion is done we'll be issuing a new timetable.

Mid-Continent has used rule book, operating timetable, and rules exams to qualify operating personnel for a long, long time now. Conductors are required to complete a Delay Report, and brakemen report on the equipment. Engine crews do the same with the engine. Jim Neubauer
