Going into all welded boilers in service in the US would greatly expand the scope of the original question, which I believe deals with OEM welded boilers in the USA (which is why the NPS locos in Utah qualify). I believe there are enough park locomotives reboiled to put the total into the several dozens. Huckleberry RR Porter Mogul #3 had a new all welded boiler when I worked on it in the early 1980's; it is now in Japan.
