Off the top of my head, I can't think of the current locations of any of the equipment listed above save for one passenger car: as discussed in the "Surviving Pullman" thread, the sleeper buffet lounge solarium observation Traffic Club is still in Jim Thorpe. However, I have been unable to establish who currently holds title to this car: R&N or another party.

As I understand it, the only Rail Tours Inc. equipment at Jim Thorpe not acquired by the R&N are the two wooden Reading coaches, Nos. 25 and 27, both of which are at the RCT&HS museum at Hamburg, and SW-900 No. 11, which is now on the Allentown & Auburn RR at Topton, Pa.

Other former Hart equipment is at the Stewartstown RR. These include 44-ton GE No. 10, (currently on lease to Steam Into History nearby), a flatcar, and the following coaches: 783, 1158, 1303 and 1341. Wooden bunk car No. 26 is still at Dushore, Pa.

The milk car remains are also with the RCT&HS

Photo has surfaced on Facebook of the Dushore car, apparently still in good shape, from Jen Chisholm in the "Abandoned Rails" group:

Curious - reading through some old threads and was wondering if someone could provide a brief summary /timeline on the disposition of the equipment that was at Jim Thorpe?

Seems the equipment was required to be removed or scrapped by 2004, yet I gather that timeline was extended as evident in the photo below. When did the equipment get moved? Was anything scrapped? What reprieve did the owners of the private cabooses get (as they were still on the property as of 2009). When did they leave, and did most stay in the hands of their owners or instead get acquired by other entities?

Here's a photo featuring Anthracite Railroads Historical Society's EMD F3 No. 56 (built in May 1948 for the Bangor & Aroostook RR as #506A) along with sister unit, No. 57 (built the same year as Bangor & Aroostook No. 504A) owned by the Tri-State Railroad Historical Society - along with the string of private cabooses - taken in August 15th, of 2009 (the day the F's moved to Steamtown).
