I highly, highly agree. This thread should’ve been locked seven pages or so ago. Think I even made a comment about it as well. Who knew that conspiracy theories, insults, and other childish comments were allowed on a railway preservation forum? Guess they’re somehow apart of preservation, especially the way off topic comments by a certain someone who also has a 44 page thread about paint colors…

Yes it is time to bring this to a close. In 14 pages of posts we have discussed this issue to exhaustion. It was good to have this discussion as it allowed all of us the chance to speak our peace on this matter. The recommendations to draft and implement sexual harassment policies is a good one and should someone create a model policy, a new thread about that policy would be welcome.

Now lets get back to rail preservation.
