Neither. In case you didn’t pick up on it that was my not so subtle way to illustrate how ridiculous this has become. Using a this railway forum to express everyones political views has become the new normal apparently.

One of the reasons we are in this sinking ship is because facts that folks don't like can be dismissed as "Political."

There's plenty of lists available that demonstrate the actions of a certain ex president did in regards to Covid-19.

BM765 be patient with yourself. At some point you'll understand that the vast majority of the sizeable minority who refuse to get vaccinated are Qanon believers spurred on by prominent right wing anti-vacers who keep spreading false vaccine info and discouraging folks from getting vaccinated.

It's time to stop coddling the minority who are selfishly putting everyone at risk.

Enough is enough.

I agree with most of that but also believe we should make our own decisions. However that’s not even the point. The point is this form is to discuss railway preservation. We now have 17 pages here and only a handful of posts have anything to do with hie the TSA/FRA mask requirement affects tourist railroads. I come here to learn about railway preservation from some of the greats, yourself included. If I wanted to read everyone’s opinions of the president I’ll turn on the news or social media. That’s not what this forum is here for.

And with that I’m commenting no further as I don’t want to be part of the problem I’d like to see ended.

As your moderator, this discussion is no longer about preservation, and instead about politics... It is now locked.

New topics about how to enforce the FRA/TSA rules would be welcome... topics about how to market our products and welcome guests in the time of the virus are welcome (l love the historic photos of streetcar crews in masks)

Any discussion that calls out the current or recent administions and their choices about how to deal with the pandemic are not welcome
